BOOM!
I'm on my way out the door to Omaha but I had to put something up about this game. This team is really something special. To come back and win in overtime after coming so close to choking in away is something you don't see very often. That said, MAKE SOME FREAKING FREE THROWS!!! Holy crap.
Anyway, ISU is 3-3 in their last 6 in Lawrence and could move into the 4th seed in the conference tournament with an OU loss today. They're up 4 right now.
So many great performances today between Stinson and Homan and everyone really. They all did their part and this team is on its way to the dance baby!

The dance is not a lock quite yet... lose to A&M and you are back squarely on the bubble.
It's ISU, so remember, nothing comes easy. Remember, there were also many saying the Big 12 North was a lock in footballthis year, only to the Clones choke at home against hapless Missouri.
Also, if you do make the tournament, you had better hope that Hampton is on the other side of the bracket. If history is any indication, that would be a tough draw for you guys.

I agree the Cyclones aren't in the tournament yet but a road win against such a good team really put them in a good spot. It's not going to be easy but I think that 2 or 3 more wins should do it.
By the way, you really know how to bring up some painful memories for Cyclone fans!
